The Greatest Mission on Earth

Long time no see and we are back with a mission. It’s dark and we are wearing sunglasses, and yes, we are on a mission, but not from God (sorry) .

Most of you will be aware that Twitter, that infamous microblogging site has been used several weeks ago by an Army of Supernatural Twitterers (we like to call them “SuperTwits”) to promote the premiere of Supernatural Season 5 with glorious hashtag wars (those “#” things followed by a keyword like #Supernatural or more infamously #luciferiscoming…). We think this was very funny, overloading Twitter and having the ominous hashtag keywords about the devil and what not, blocked from Twitter. We saw #Supernatural rise to position 2 before it went down for good, so well done y’all.

This had us thinking that there must be millions of you out there, and yes, while we know Twitter is more about the number of people following you, we thought we’d try to follow as many of YOU as possible, instead.

We are also on myspace but finding all you guys on myspace is very tiresome and time-consuming, so we rely on you to find us. It is even worse for Twitter and while we could go through every friend’s friend’s friend’s friends, we’d still don’t know who is a real SPN fan and who is just a …normal person… so, we really, really rely on you helping us make this work.

Our mission “Count all SuperTwits”:

  • Either suggest a friend of yours directly to us on twitter (you could even hashtag it with something similar to a #FF = #FollowFriday but we leave that and the naming up to you since you guys are great at that)
  • or follow us on Twitter as we will go through our followers frequently and simply follow you back.
  • Also, if all else fails you can just leave a comment below with the @username of the SPN fan to follow.

We know, Twitter is all about following and being followed, but if you just want to be followed so you can be counted and not follow us back in return, that is cool. We don’t mind, honestly. The give and take is all up to you.

Let the epic counting begin!

Oh wait! Our Twitter is twitter.com/Crazy_Buckets

Just so you know. We are currently following 371 SuperTwits on Twitter, some of which might not be so super or twits after all. It’s kinda hard to know which one is which and we only have our Crazy Bucket Radar to spot them. Keep ‘em coming, we’re sure there’s more!
